Terms & guarantee conditions

These are the conditions of the project completion guarantee offered on Codnov training programs, and what the Codnov Certificate of Completion is.

1. The guarantee

You finish with a deployed, reviewed AI project, or we re-run you free.

This is a guarantee of project completion. Codnov does not guarantee employment, placement, interviews, internships, salary outcomes or introductions to employers, and makes no such claim in any of its material.

2. What “completed” means

A project counts as completed when all of the following are true:

  • It is deployed and reachable.
  • It runs end to end without manual intervention at each step.
  • It meets the published rubric for your track, which is available before you enrol.
  • It has been reviewed by a Codnov mentor.

3. What is required of you

The guarantee is conditional on both of the following:

  • Attendance of at least 75% of scheduled live sessions.
  • Submission of each project milestone by its published deadline.

If you fall below either condition, the guarantee no longer applies. Tell us early if something comes up and we will accommodate it where we reasonably can.

4. If we do not get you there

Where you have met the conditions in section 3 and your project is still not complete at the end of the program, you may repeat the next cohort of the same program at no charge, with additional one-to-one mentor hours. If your project is still not complete after that repeat, Codnov will refund your fee on a pro-rata basis.

5. Project scope

You may bring your own project idea or select one from Codnov’s pre-scoped list, each of which is supplied with a prepared dataset and a starter repository. Codnov may ask you to move to a pre-scoped project where your own idea cannot reasonably be completed within the program. Declining that recommendation may affect the guarantee.

6. The certificate

Learners who complete a program receive a Codnov Certificate of Completion, carrying a unique identifier, the issue date and a public verification link.

It is not a degree or diploma, and it is not recognised under the UGC Act, 1956 or the AICTE Act, 1987. Codnov makes no claim of government approval, recognition, accreditation or affiliation of any kind.

7. Eligibility

Open cohorts are available to participants aged 16 and above. Applied AI Engineering carries technical prerequisites, published on its program page; Codnov may recommend a different program where those prerequisites are not met.

8. Fees and tax

All prices shown on the website are exclusive of GST. GST is charged at 18% and shown separately on your invoice.

9. Enrolment terms and refunds

No payment is collected on this website. Seats are confirmed directly with Codnov, and the full enrolment agreement — including the refund and cancellation policy — is issued to you for acceptance before any seat is confirmed and before any payment is made.

10. Your data

Details submitted through the enquiry form are used only to contact you about the program you enquired about. You may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to it@codnov.ai. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
