Build an AI that works for you. Every day, it does more.
You are not going to learn about AI. You are going to build one — yours, with your name on it, built around the job you actually do. On Day 1 it exists and does its first task for you. By Day 5 it writes your morning briefing: what came in, what matters, three things to do, and one thing you did not ask for. By Day 10 it wakes up before you, handles what arrives, drafts replies in your voice, waits for your tap to send, and answers your team in their chat. By Day 15 you can prove, from twenty real cases, how often it gets things right — and it runs on your own accounts, so it keeps working for you long after the course ends. Fifteen evenings, Monday to Friday, two hours each, and every one ends with your AI doing something new for you, live.
- Duration
- 3 weeks · 15 sessions · around 30 hours
- Daily load
- 2 hours a day, Monday to Friday
- Mode
- Live online — real sessions, not recordings
- Timing
- Evenings, designed around a full-time job
- Cohort size
- 25–30
- You keep
- Your AI, on your own accounts, for good
- Review
- Your AI read by an engineer in Week 3
- Follow-up
- A 30-minute check-in one week after Demo Night, once your AI has run unattended
- Recordings
- Every session recorded, yours to keep

Who this is for
- Anyone with a job that has an inbox, a calendar and the same week every week
- Managers, analysts and operations people who sort, summarise and draft for a living
- Recruiters, accountants, lawyers and consultants who live in documents
- Founders and small-team owners who need a second pair of hands and cannot hire one
- Teachers and researchers handling more reading than any one person can do
Engineers who want to build agents on the API in code — Applied AI Engineering covers tool use, agents and serving. If you can already code and want to ship a product, Build a Project From Scratch is the better fit.
Prerequisites
- None.
No coding, no maths, no prior AI experience. You need a laptop, an account on any current assistant, and access to the email, documents and calendar you actually work with — your AI is built around your real job, not a sample one. Free tiers cover the course; at real volume some tools charge a few hundred rupees a month, and we cost that out together on Day 10.

Demo Night

Every session has the same rhythm: ten minutes watching what your AI will do by the end of tonight, ninety minutes building it on your own job, twenty minutes shipping — it does the new thing live, you log the minutes it saved, and it works on tomorrow's real day overnight. From Day 5, every morning opens with its briefing, and every briefing ends with one thing you did not ask for. A Week 1 checklist gets your accounts connected before Day 6, so no session is spent logging in.
What you walk away with
- Your own AI assistant, named by you, running on your own accounts — it knows your role, your documents and your writing voice
- A morning briefing that arrives before you do: what came in, what matters, three things to do, and one thing you did not ask for
- Replies drafted in your voice, waiting for your approval — routine ones already sent
- A memory of what you promised, who is waiting on you and what is due, with a Friday review and a Monday plan
- A seat in your team chat, so colleagues ask your AI instead of asking you
- A measured accuracy number from twenty real cases, and a control panel showing everything it did
- A one-page runbook someone else has already followed, so it works when you are away
- Every session recording, and the templates we build from
- Codnov Certificate of Completion, with a unique ID and a public verification link
Sample projects
- A recruiter's AI that reads every CV as it arrives, shortlists against the brief, and drafts the first reply for approval
- An accountant's AI that briefs them each morning on what came in, what is due and which client has gone quiet
- A founder's AI that turns the day's messages into decisions, actions and the replies they owe
- A teacher's AI that reads a stack of submissions overnight and has the feedback drafted by morning
- An operations manager's AI that sorts every request, routes the routine ones, and flags the one that will become a problem
These are the shapes people build, not promises. Yours is built around your job, on your own accounts, so it keeps working after the course with nothing owed to us.
