What people ask first
- Can we use our existing WhatsApp number?
- Sometimes. A number on the normal WhatsApp app has to be moved over first, and it cannot be used in both.
- Will we get blocked for spamming people?
- Not if we set it up properly. WhatsApp only allows these messages to people who agreed to hear from you.
- Does a person still read the replies?
- Yes. Anything that is not routine goes to whoever handles it today.
- Can it work with the voice agent?
- Yes. A call and a WhatsApp thread can follow the same person, or run separately.
