This is a product Codnov built and operates, not work delivered for an external client. We label it that way because the engineering is what we are asking you to judge, and you should know exactly whose problem it solved.
01 — The problem
Overseas job applicants abandon long profile forms, and the ones who finish often supply the wrong documents because requirements differ by destination country and by the applicant's own education system. Both failures land on recruiters as manual rework rather than as visible drop-off.
02 — What we built
One Expo/React Native codebase ships iOS, Android and web. An AI voice assistant conducts the profile interview conversationally and writes the structured fields, so the applicant talks instead of typing. Matching returns a real percentage against the filtered catalogue rather than an opaque badge, and the button lands the candidate on the filtered results rather than a generic list. Document requirements are modelled per country and per originating education system, so the checklist a candidate sees is the one that applies to them.
